Once upon successfully subscribing to Press Loot you will be automaitcally logged in after the checkout page and taken to the the search page.

If this didn’t happen simply click on the login link at the top right hand corner of the website, or visit this link

To resent your password simply click on the forgotten password link on the login page. Add your email address and a new tempory password will be emailed to you. If you do not see the email in your inbox within 10 minutes of filling out the forgotten password form check your spam folder.

Once you have successfully subscribed to Press Loot be sure to log in with your account information, then either use the quick search on the home page, or click on the search page link via the humbuger menu at the top right hand corner of the page.

Note that if your subscription ends because of a failed payment this link will no longer work and you will need to reactive your subscribe via the account page.

There are a few reasons why you may have lost access to the Press Loot database.

  • Your reoccuriung subscription payment has failed. This could be do to your credit card expiring, or a credit overdraw. If you would like to gain access the database again simply renew your subscription by subscribing again. You don’t need to create another account, simple login and subscribe using your existing account.
  • We might have suspended your account due to misuse of the database as per our product useage terms & conditions.
  • Our sustem has recorded suspecious acitivy from your user account, or IP address accessing large amounts of data within short periods (data scaping, data mining) and your subscribption was revoked.

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).

You may have lost accesss to the database because of a failed credit card debit.

Don’t worry, we will try and recharge your account over the next 7 days, so make sure your credit card information is up to date in your My Account page.

In the meantime, your subscription will be on-hold and will be reinstated once payment is successful.

If we get to the end of the 7 days and we still can’t recharge you account your subscription will be deactivated. Even if this happens it’s ok, you can still reactive your account. Just log into the website, find the Subscriptions tab on the My Account page and click on the resubscribe button on your deactivated Press Loot database subscription.
